Driving Directions to the
Kenny Lake Chalet
From Tok
Drive west on the Glenn Hwy (AK Hwy #1) to Glennallen. The road you're on becomes the Richardson (AK Hwy #4) at the Hwy #1 juntion.
From Glennallen
Head south on the Richardson towards Valdez. Go left at milepost 82 onto the Edgerton Hwy (AK Hwy #10). Drive east for 7.7 miles and take the first gravel road on your left. The road is just past some trees on the far side of the Kenny Lake Fairgrounds and Community Hall. The chalet is the first driveway on the right at the Y in the road.
From Valdez
Drive north for 82 miles on the Richardson Hwy (AK Hwy #4), turn right at milepost 82 onto the Edgerton Hwy (AK Hwy #10). Drive
east for 7.7 miles and take the first gravel road on your left. The road is just past
some trees on the far side of the Kenny Lake Fairgrounds and Community

From Fairbanks
Drive south on the Richardson Hwy (AK Hwy #4). Turn right at the junction with AK Hwy #1. Follow directions from Glennallen.
From Anchorage
Drive east on the Glenn Hwy (AK Hwy #1) and take the Palmer exit off the freeway. If you see Wasilla you've missed your turnoff. Turn right onto the Richardson Hwy (AK Hwy #4) after passing through downtown Glennallen. Follow directions from Glennallen.
Air Service
Kenny Lake has two airfields for small planes and helicopters.
Bus Service
is available between Tok and Anchorage with a bus stop in Glennallen.
There is currently no public bus between Kenny Lake and Glennallen.
